This is a smoothie recipe that you will wake up craving!
It helps with IBS, leaky gut and constipation. It tastes delicious! I added my favorite minerals from @wecarespaca along with my favorite oat milk that’s made without inflammatory canola oil and rapeseed oil. I talk about the importance of good quality salt and cinnamon in my video on IG. Here are the ingredients:
1 cup @minorfigures organic oat milk (get the organic version, it's free of canola)
1 scoop @xymogen Glutoaloemine
1/2 cup frozen organic kale
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 avocado ( I add this for the creamy texture of a banana, bananas can bind and cause constipation so I avoid them in this recipe.)
3 pinches pink salt
1 tablespoon Ceylon cinnamon (make sure it's ceylon, I'll explain next week)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 full dropper @wecarespaca mineral drops (obsessed with these!)
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
1-2 Brazil nuts. (these are the only nuts my body can tolerate and their high source of selenium makes them an amazing nutrient for heart and breast health)
