Healthy fats…salmon, avocado, seeds, etc. They help keep skin supple, glowing, and moisturized and can protect your skin against damage from free radicals and inflammation.
Go-to quick, healthy meal: Definitely my LivLight Signature Smoothie. I have the mint chip variety almost every day and never get sick of it. It literally tastes like a mint chip milkshake!
Skincare mantra: SPF all day, every day. Protect your skin in every possible way from the sun…your older self will thank you!
LivLight Signature Smoothie
Mint Chip add 1/4 tsp peppermint oil
Mocha add 4 coffee cubes (I freeze coffee in ice trays) or 2 tsp instant coffee
PB Chocolate add 1 tbsp PBfit organic powdered peanut butter
Berry add 1/2 cup-1 cup berries of your choice
Add all ingredients, except ice, to your high-speed blender and blend on the highest setting until smooth. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
