Favorite dish to serve at a dinner party: Chili sin carne
Favorite skin food ingredient and why: I’ve moved away from unnatural processed products a long time ago and my favorite skin care ingredients are to be found… in my kitchen! I find all these pantry-sourced beauty hacks much more effective. Since I have to choose one, I’ll go for coconut oil since it’s probably the one I use the most (and I’m sure you’ve heard its praises sung before) not only because I’ve never had smoother skin, but also because it’s a great make-up remover, it’s antibacterial, anti-fungal, and a perfect hair mask! You can also mix your coconut oil with coffee grounds for a good body scrub that will leave you smelling like your favorite latte. Yummm! ☺

Top three kitchen supplies you can’t live without: My Vitamix, my plant-based milk maker and my cold-press juicer (ok, I sound like a healthy freak now).
Three things you always keep in your refrigerator: Plenty of greens, loads of grains, and a little vodka. ☺
Favorite online shop for kitchen supplies and / or specialty food items: Seed & Sprout, because they aim to un-plastic the world.
Go-to quick, healthy meal: Avocado toast with plenty of hemp seeds, spirulina sparkles, and pumpkin oil.
Favorite healthy treat: Avocado toast with plenty of hemp seeds, spirulina sparkles, and pumpkin oil.
Skincare mantra: Sleep, drink water, and treat your skin.
