Manifesting and Becoming The Alchemist In 2026 with Elly Molina
Elly Molina can make your dreams come true! More precisely, she can enable you to do this, and become ‘the alchemist of your life’. She’ll equip you with tools and techniques so that before you know it you’ll have unlocked your own potential to reach goals you never thought possible.
Elly Molina isn’t your average mindset coach. A visionary advisor, Amazon best-selling author, coach and mentor with over three decades of experience as an advisor to high-level executives and public figures, Elly specializes in the intersection of cognitive psychology and intuitive development. Through her Quantum Leaping and Mind Power Consulting Program, she provides individuals with powerful tools and techniques to unlock their inner potential and reach their most coveted goals.
She’s also the founder of Psi-Kids Academy, which helps children and parents to develop their natural intuition and psychic abilities, again teaching people how to harness the untapped power of their own minds.
In today’s interview, Jena asks Elly all about manifesting for 2026. If you think the worldview you inherited might be holding you back, and want to step out of your current framework, we uncover how to channel our intuition and tune into our core values to achieve our dreams.
How do you balance spiritual vision with grounded action? At what point does manifesting need practical steps?
These are fabulous questions to ask, Jena, as there’s an old rule in coaching, The quality of your life is determined by the quality of the questions you ask," which we have Tony Robbins to thank. Basically, ask better questions of yourself and others, and you’ll have a better life.
Conventional wisdom tells us we need to “balance” things. But in intentional living and in the realm of conscious creation, this idea doesn’t quite hold. There is no meaningful distinction between intention and consciousness, so there is nothing to balance.
Think of it like breathing. We don’t balance our breath; we simply breathe.
When we live a conscious life, one shaped by creation and design, intention and awareness go hand in hand. They are interwoven, not separate forces. Since there is no separation between them, the idea of balance becomes unnecessary.
I have a funny story for you. We are taught in spiritual circles and books that we have to do something; we can’t just sit around and wait for something to come to us. I have two stories about two women whose future husbands were delivered to their homes.
One of my clients set the intention to be in a relationship and described all the qualities she was looking for in a partner. I will skip the background details. Because of circumstances, she had a younger woman (my client was in her 50s) in her 30s living with her for a short time. One day, my client came home from work, and sitting on the stool at the kitchen counter was a distinguished gentleman, and that was it! Turns out, he was the divorced dad of the young woman living with her at the moment. My client and the dad (age-appropriate) began dating, then married, and bought their home. She never once went on a dating app. She literally “manifested this man into her home and life,”
Another client met her husband at her door when he came to drop off his daughter for a sweet sixteen party. They were both divorced, they had both been looking for partners, and it just clicked. No dating app, no vision boards, just intention, belief, and expectation that it would happen at the right time for both of them.
So, to answer your questions, the practical steps are: speak into existence what you want, and speak it to yourself often. Be confident and concise in your message. Then, believe you can have it. Then expect it and be ready to receive. (In my book, Children Who Know How To Know, I refer to this as ABE.) Attitude, belief, and expectancy).
If someone wants to manifest a big change in 2026 without forcing or overthinking, what kind of ritual or mindset shift do you recommend?
This is very much a personal thing and depends on how you think and how you learn.
For some people, creative visualization works beautifully—if it’s not a one-time exercise. It’s about entering the created state, seeing and feeling the outcome as real, and living from there. You don’t need to know the steps. That part isn’t yours to manage. As I often tell clients, don’t be greater than God—allow it to unfold.
What I’ve learned over decades of this work is that lasting change doesn’t come from force or overthinking. It comes from how thought and language are organized. Your attention must be directed. Your language must be clear. You have to know what you want and speak from that position, not about it.
This is where my current work—psi-ontology—comes in. It’s a shift in worldview, not a technique. When the underlying worldview changes, effort drops away, and the outcomes naturally reorganize.
The clients who have been using this system experience miracles and psychic phenomena as a way of life, not as anomalies.
What role do dreams play in spiritual growth, self-discovery, or manifesting? How can someone interpret their dreams to guide their next steps?
Jena, dreams are the language of the subconscious. The subconscious communicates with us through symbols, and it is our responsibility to do our best to interpret and understand the messages it shares. Dreams are essential for developing our awareness and understanding. They serve as teachers, predictors of the future, guides, and more. I have an entire Dream Interpretation Course and book available. It’s a vast subject that could easily fill a whole blog. To learn more about dream interpretation and different ways to interpret dreams, you can visit my online school: https://ellymolina.thinkific.com/. There is a Dream Interpretation Course that teaches people how to analyze their own dreams.
Many people dismiss dreams as random — how do you teach clients to “listen” to dreams in a practical, grounded way?
Again, this question builds on the answer above. When someone approaches me out of curiosity about their dreams, I use the system I learned from one of my mentors, the late Dr. Henry Reed, at the Edgar Cayce Institute. I apply this system in my dream work with clients and
teach it in my online course. We explore the symbolism and messages the subconscious is sending us. It’s an excellent system.
From your experience, what physical or energetic signals indicate real intuitive/psychic guidance vs. mental chatter?
The first step is understanding what mental chatter—or “monkey mind”—actually is. Many people are unaware of how constant and noisy their inner dialogue has become.
It begins with simple recognition. Once you can identify mental chatter and notice the monkey mind in action, discernment becomes much clearer. Intuitive and psychic information doesn’t occur as noise; it speaks through distinct modalities—sensations, images, knowing, feeling.
When the mind quiets, the signal becomes clear. In my book, Children Who Know How To Know, I discuss the different modalities, and a person can go through the checklist to see how many of these they use without consciously “knowing” it.
Can intuition be developed or cultivated intentionally? If yes, what are your go-to methods (meditation, journaling, energy work, etc.)?
Yes, we are all psychic and intuitive. This past August, I spoke and participated in the very first International Psi-Games event. Here, people from around the world gather in a friendly competition to showcase their recently developed remote viewing abilities (seeing over time, distance, and space without using their eyes), practice telekinesis (moving objects with their minds), and engage in mindsight (seeing without their eyes). These individuals have learned these skills and are trainable. We are all naturally intuitive and psychic. The worldview we live in has suppressed this ability. However, once you start practicing, through any of the many modalities available today, you’ll soon discover the magic of your own wonderful psychic self! The most fundamental way to access our abilities is to learn to practice dropping into an alpha or theta state, where the mind is relaxed. We do this by “zoning out,” “meditating,” “contemplating,” etc.
You offer a program called Quantum Leap Program — what does “quantum leap” mean in real life (not just metaphoric)?
In my Quantum Leap program, I teach clients how to access other realms of existence they haven't been able to reach for various reasons, most of which stem from the fact that this information, until recently, has not been widely taught. There is an entirely new way to live life that over 99% of the population doesn’t have access to. Through my Quantum Leaping program, the results have been so “miraculous” that people have experienced miracles that simply can't be explained logically. For example, a client came to me with $300,000 in debt. She couldn’t sleep at night. We started the work in the program, and during that time, she sent me a
text asking if we could have a call. She then told me that there had been a computer glitch at the place that owed her the debt, and it just “vanished.” It had been erased from the system. Now, will this work for everyone? Who knows. I’ve had a client “manifest” half a million dollars for their business without having to pay any of it back. I’ve seen so many miracles that I had to call it a quantum leap in who they were being to access the miraculous like this.
I’ve had people in the program ask me why I haven’t written about all these miracles. There are just too many. Instead, I am writing a book that will give everyone access to learning what it takes to live a miraculous life at all times. I’m using this material in my Quantum Leaping program, and again, clients are reporting both mini and major miracles!
How do you know when someone is “ready” for a quantum leap? Are there signs, internal shifts, or energetic markers to look for?
When a client comes to me for a reading, and I sense they are emotionally prepared for this leap in their life, I will offer it. A certain level of emotional maturity and a willingness to do the mental work are necessary prerequisites.
In our fast, chaotic world — what does “self-care” look like beyond bubble baths and surface-level routines?
My definition of self-care is maintaining healthy boundaries in all relationships. It’s learning to stop pleasing others at the expense of loving oneself. It’s about honoring who we are, our values, and respecting ourselves. It’s treating ourselves, our minds, and our bodies with the respect they deserve. That is what self-care means to me. It’s eliminating things and ways of being that harm our bodies, from food to lack of exercise, to chemicals, substance abuse, and more. When we dishonor ourselves and our bodies, that is a lack of love for ourselves, and bubble baths and spa treatments won’t cure that.
Is it possible to manifest something that isn’t in alignment for you, or will the universe redirect you?
What do people get wrong about manifesting?
Jena, I love this question.
Yes, it’s absolutely possible to manifest something that isn’t healthy or supportive for us. We have that kind of power. People manifest painful relationships, unfulfilling work, scarcity, and chronic stress just as easily as they manifest joy, love, or abundance.
The universe—or God force—is not acting as a moral referee. It doesn’t decide what’s good or bad for you. It responds to focus, expectation, and coherence.
This is where people often get confused. They assume that manifestation responds only to conscious desires. In reality, it responds to what you consistently hold as familiar, believable, or inevitable, even when you wouldn’t consciously choose it.
Someone might say, “No one wants an abusive relationship.”
But people can unknowingly hold expectations around love that include instability, struggle, or a
need to prove their worth. Those expectations operate quietly, beneath intention, call it what the subconscious is familiar with.
Manifestation isn’t about what you wish for once. It’s about what is going on in your inner world.
That’s also why redirection isn’t guaranteed. Life doesn’t always “course-correct” for us. What does course correct is when we gain access to a new awareness. When perception and language change, different choices and different realities become possible. This is the work in Quantum Leaping and in Psi-Ontology.
Thank you, Jena!
