Name: Nousha Raymond

Instagram: @rejuvenatewithnousha

Beauty Icon: Kate Moss

Favorite city for inspiration: Iran

Introvert or extrovert: Extrovert. I realized this now more than ever during the Coronavirus quarantine.

Daily uniform: A flowy cape, white shirt, and white jeans.

AM ritual: These days, wake up at 6:30 am and my husband brings in our 11-month old into bed. We snuggle and then I splash my face with cold water.

PM wind down: Doing a great skincare routine is essential for my self-care, at least three times a week. Then I like adding a really yummy light peel or mask. Then I’ll read to the babes a few books and put them to sleep!

Secret skill: Writing poetry.

Best Advice you’ve ever received: This too shall pass.

A mistake you’ve learned from: Introducing people that did not have great energy together. I won’t do that again!

To your younger self: Nousha, everything you ever wanted will come to life, do not worry!

A wellness expert who has significantly helped you: Talia Sutra has helped me go deeper into my yoga practice. Also, Ambi Kavanagh has helped me learn the practice of reiki.

Favorite wellness/beauty book:  Many Lives, Many Masters and Liver Rescue by the Medical Medium.

Three things you’re really into right now: Insight timer for meditation, getting my new skin product launched for preventing bruises before injections, and helping my husband with his next film project.

How are you managing anxiety in light of COVID-19:  I’m talking to my friends a lot and walking around the block many many times.

Is there a COVID-19 silver lining for you: Yes, 100%. I am spending more time with my children than ever before and I’m actually loving it. I was working so much the past year and didn’t spend as much time with my son as I would have liked. Now I have no choice, but to stay home and I feel surrendered to that.
