Daily uniform: For everyday dressing, I’m all for comfortable clothes that still look put-together. I care a lot for natural fibers that feel good on my skin. Some years ago, I discovered that light colors somehow help me to be in a good mood, so I mostly stick to whites and ivory.

AM ritual: Having a generous breakfast in bed with my husband is my favorite ritual and makes starting every day so special. And then, to mark the start of the working day, I like to burn some Palo Santo as it helps me focus.

PM wind down: I find it important to set a different tone in the evenings, slowly ease into a relaxed mood. I achieve this through low lighting with scented candles, soothing music and the occasional nightcap. When I finally get into bed after my skincare routine, a drop of lavender oil on my temples.

Feel-good song: Roxy Music - If There Is Something

A mistake you’ve learned from: I used to normalize being very busy all the time as an indicator of success, which is pervasive in my industry and totally counterproductive in my case. Stress took a toll on my health when I was younger. Actually, I’ve learned that my best performance and results come when I manage to balance my health, my personal life and my professional one.

To your younger self: You are more powerful than you think!

A wellness expert who has significantly helped you: For emotional imbalance, over the years I’ve received help from two unique ladies: Helga, providing soothing reiki and reflexology sessions, and Clara, who provides my go-to personalized Bach flower formulas.

Favorite wellness/beauty book: I don’t read many books about the subject, but I’ve enjoyed The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle because it helped me a lot to put things in perspective at moments when I was struggling with anxiety.

Go-to stress remedy: Going out, having a walk somewhere in a place with trees, breathing and moving my body.

Supplements you can’t live without: Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and B12

Three things you’re really into right now: This crazy year I’m dedicating time to wellness. More than ever, my commitment to plant-based habits has strengthened. I’m also mindful about who and what I give my time and energy to.
