- 1 cup of old fashioned farmer's cheese
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 2 handfuls of grapes (or any fruit of your choice - grapes pair well with the creaminess of the cottage cheese)
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts on top, with a drizzle of local honey
