Recipe: The Refreshing Summer Salad

  • 1 cup of old fashioned farmer's cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 2 handfuls of grapes (or any fruit of your choice - grapes pair well with the creaminess of the cottage cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon of pine nuts on top, with a drizzle of local honey 

Serve as a side salad to your summer barbeque!
