I want to share with you the power of a morning ritual for body and mind. 

I have five non-negotiables that I do each morning to support my nervous system, improve my focus and energy levels, reduce stress or anxiety, and set a calm and resilient tone for the rest of my day. 

Try my Morning 5:

1. Morning sunlight without sunglasses - this helps my body synthesize vitamin D and balance hormones (because supplementing isn't the same)

2. Asking God or the universe which message I need to read in my copy of Instant Healing by Susan Shumsky. Then I open my book to that page - and it’s always perfectly aligned

3. Adding Thyropath drops to my water - these help with dry skin, fatigue and restless sleep. My brand of choice for these is energetix.

4. Making my matcha with holi (mane) and holi (radiance) and sipping it slowly from my favorite cup

5. Morning cuddles with my doggies (okay so this might happen before any of the others and then happen all over again for 5!)

T H E  S I L H O U E T T E: When this debuted on the catwalk the press called Dolce & Gabbana a girl’s best friend - it’s easy to see why. This black, elasticated corset-style bodysuit is so flattering and ridiculously versatile.

Give thanks for all you have achieved this last year. I even thank my home for giving me a safe and peaceful environment to return to each day. 

F I L L   A   V A S E   W I T H   J O Y: If you’re entertaining, or being entertained, Thanksgiving is a perfect excuse for choosing some gorgeous flowers - either to bring as a guest or to decorate your own home. Look into cute seasonal options like ranunculus as an alternative to roses or peonies - they come in warm oranges for fall. Or Chinese lanterns with their orange papery pods are just stunning this time of year, especially with autumnal foliage and ornamental grasses.
