Daily Uniform: I work remotely these days so anything that makes me feel like I’ll be on the beach.

AM ritual: Wake up, stretch, apple cider vinegar shot, coffee or tea, walk in the morning sunlight.

PM wind down: Walk (again) as the sun sets. Magnesium glycinate, reflect on the day and what I got done, and visualize as I relax.

Something that helps you stay in a positive mindset: Visualization, remembering the people who benefit from my work, reminding myself what my goals are.

A life changing realization that you’ve had: Life doesn’t get easier. You just get to the point that you’re at peace with the obstacles life throws at you, and actually start looking forward to the chances to evolve.

A wellness expert who has significantly helped you: I entered this space in my late teenage years. And @OrganicOlivia was just getting started in her world and was a few years older than me at the time. She was definitely the first holistic health social media influencer I encountered. I learned a lot from her when I was 18-19 years old.

Favorite wellness/beauty book: Mind Over Medicine by Lissa Rankin. This book came out the month I graduated from high school and was probably my first legitimate introduction to the idea that the mind and body were connected more than anyone realized.

Go-to stress remedy: Magnesium Glycinate

Supplements you can’t live without: I love my morning B Complex. I can’t stop talking about my magnesium glycinate. I take a daily D3+K2 (Indiana winters are comparable to Alaska). And then I really enjoy cod liver oil.

Three things you’re really into right now: Weightlifting, biohacking (a year round obsession but maybe a little more these days than usual), and studying spontaneous remission of illness.

Top three favorite online shops: Hooga Health, Energy Muse, The Million Roses (men, if you’re feeling romantic check this one out).

Top three Instagram accounts for inspiration:

@Wakeupwithlinda

@officialralphsmart

@Ali.Zeck

Your ultimate indulgence: I’m not much of a sugar guy and would be considered an amateur coffee drinker at best, but every once in a while, drinking enough caffeine in one sitting for 5 people is all I need.

Three things you’re grateful for: Sunlight and rivers (the outdoors as a whole), my family, and my community I’ve built over the years of like minded people.

Must-have Agent Nateur product: holi (body) ageless body serum.
