holi (mane) Collagen Berry Popsicles

Ingredients (makes about 6 popsicles)
- 1 ½ cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)
- ¾ cup coconut water or almond milk (or Greek yogurt for creaminess)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
- 2 scoops holi (mane) powdered collagen
- Optional: a few fresh mint leaves for a fresh twist
Instructions
Blend the base:
- In a blender, combine berries, coconut water (or alternative), honey, lemon juice, and the 2 scoops of holi (mane).
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Strain (optional):
- If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
Pour and freeze:
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Tap molds lightly to remove air bubbles.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight.
Unmold and enjoy:
- Run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles easily.
- Enjoy immediately or store in a freezer-safe container.
You can layer the popsicles with yogurt swirls for a creamy contrast.
Try adding chia seeds after blending for a boost of fiber and texture.
Swap berries for mango, kiwi, or pineapple for tropical variations.
