holi (mane) Collagen Berry Popsicles

Ingredients (makes about 6 popsicles)

  • 1 ½ cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)
  • ¾ cup coconut water or almond milk (or Greek yogurt for creaminess)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
  • 2 scoops holi (mane) powdered collagen
  • Optional: a few fresh mint leaves for a fresh twist

Instructions

Blend the base:

  • In a blender, combine berries, coconut water (or alternative), honey, lemon juice, and the 2 scoops of holi (mane).
  • Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Strain (optional):

  • If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.

Pour and freeze:

  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Tap molds lightly to remove air bubbles.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight.

Unmold and enjoy:

  • Run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles easily.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in a freezer-safe container.

You can layer the popsicles with yogurt swirls for a creamy contrast.

Try adding chia seeds after blending for a boost of fiber and texture.

Swap berries for mango, kiwi, or pineapple for tropical variations.
