Jena's March Edit
This month has been a masterclass in balance. When you’re spreading your time and energy across work, home, friends, and family, it’s essential to master that precious downtime. I’ve learned to make it as restorative as possible by recognizing when to connect and disconnect, and am sharing my recent exploration into connection and rest to help you find your own rhythm too.
I’m so grateful to all of you who made our Valentine’s themed events in LA last month such a huge success - it’s been a joy to see your social posts and hear how much you loved your experience. We’re already planning more events where you’ll get the chance to sample more Agent treats - so watch this space!
A G E N T E V E N T S
Valentines Day at Brentwood Country Mart, LA
A beautiful day filled with sunshine, roses and smiles. We handed out complimentary cherry soft serve that looked ‘almost’ too good to eat on those roses! Hundreds of you came along, and 50 lucky winners took home gift bags containing $280 of our favorite Agent essentials.
Valentines Agent Nateur x Agent Provocateur Collab
A couple of days earlier, our friends at Agent Provocateur hosted an intimate supplement-infused mocktail soiree at their Melrose location. On the menu that evening was the Tart Cherry Royale mocktail (the recipe’s in our Supplements section below) made with our calm (beauty) supplement. Guests loved the cute gift bags, tasty drinks, and the chic co-branded ice cubes.

The Hair Protector: We spend so much time getting our hair healthy, soft and strong that it’s worth investing in a little nighttime hair protection to help us keep it that way and to wake up frizz-free. I love this pink silk turban from Clementine. This turban is double lined and works to reduce the friction caused by tossing and turning while you sleep. It’s a gamechanger for my hair.
The Water Filter: We should also be aware of the build-up of heavy metals and harsh minerals that are found in certain types of tap water as these can cause your hair to become dry, brittle and prone to breaking and thinning. And it's not just hair - chemicals and hard water can also cause skin problems like breakouts, as impure water aggravates skin, leaving itchy, dry patches and soreness. It can even trigger acne.
One way to get around this is to install a Filter Baby shower filter in your home. For peace of mind that you won't be coming into contact with chlorine, microplastics, heavy metals, arsenic, rusts and more - the Filter Baby offers unmatched water purity, and it’s so easy to install yourself.
The Healthy Glow: For a late winter glow with a natural finish, I really like these two products from Gucci Westman, the renowned, California-born, Swedish-raised editorial makeup artist and founder of the luxury, clean beauty brand Westman Atelier. It’s easy to see why the brand is loved by Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, Cameron Diaz and Michelle Pfeiffer. For great cheekbones, the Face Trace Contour Stick is so easy to blend for added dimension, and the Vital Pressed Skincare Powder is a superb antioxidant-rich setting powder that smooths pores and eliminates shine, giving you makeup results with skincare benefits.
The Body Moisture Boost: A favorite skin hack of mine, for when you need a little extra nourishment in the colder months is to mix our body (balm) ageless body treatment crème with holi (body) ageless body serum. It’s most effective if you apply it on slightly damp skin right after a bath or shower. Just mix a few drops together in your hands, warm it up, and apply it to your skin. It makes my skin super soft and smells SO good.
The Facial Hydration Boost: More than a serum, holi (water) is a transformation. It's packed with protective antioxidants, exfoliating acids and fruit enzymes, hydrating humectants, soothing oils, and radiance-boosting pearl powder. Unlike LMW Hyaluronic acid, we formulate with HMW which forms a barrier over the skin, hydrates and instantly creates a bouncy effect.
It’s suitable for all skin types, even dry and sensitive, because we’ve harnessed these skin-loving naturals to soothe, hydrate, and restore:
-
Pearl powder - to brighten and improve elasticity
-
Lavender water - to calm and comfort reactive skin
-
Cucumber extract - to cool, hydrate and soothe
-
Fruit enzymes - to gently dissolve dead skin cells
After cleansing, simply mist 3 to 5 spritzes into your hand and tap onto your face, neck, and décolleté to experience a silky veil that melts right into your skin to brighten, plump, and visibly renew. Use it on its own, or as a base, mix with foundation, or apply over serum; it works great as a setting spray, or whenever you need a spritz of refreshing hydration throughout the day.
The Winter Sun Protection: I love a versatile skin product and holi (glow) offers superb protection in cold weather - use it as an all over face balm when you need to prevent moisture loss or shield your skin from windburn. If you’re out skiing or hiking this time of year, make sure you use some sun protection on your face too. I use holi (sun) - our SPF 50+ serum that protects, tints, and hydrates your skin all at once. It uses a special non-nano zinc oxide and blocks up to 98% of UV rays and 35% of blue light. Plus, it has niacinamide to help smooth your skin and even out your skin tone.

For better sleep, better skin, and a better you: Our cult-favorite, cherry-flavored calm (beauty) spermidine & taurine daily calming longevity supplement does the heavy lifting while you rest. Think of it as your nightly "reset button" for a high-performance glow. One sachet helps you:
-
Reverse skin damage and thicken hair.
-
Achieve a deeper sleep via natural melatonin.
-
De-puff with anti-inflammatory polyphenols.
-
Recover faster from your workout.
This supplement really does give real, recognizable results, create natural calm and total radiance.
The mocktail: Here’s our NYC and LA mocktail recipe, so you can recreate these at home for you, or your sleepover besties:
The Tart Cherry Royale
A calming, ruby-toned tonic designed for relaxation and rest
calm (beauty) supplement, Seedlip Grove 42 (non-alcoholic citrus botanical), grenadine, fresh lemon juice, topped with French Bloom n/a Champagne
The radiance supplement: true radiance begins from within, and a healthy glow begins in the gut. Our powerful, minimalist two-ingredient formula is designed to support beauty at its foundation - the gut - and nourish your body from within.
That’s why I created holi (radiance). It’s made with MSM and ceramides for gut integrity, glutathione support, and radiance - the ceramosides support the appearance of firmer-looking skin, improve elasticity, and boost skin hydration from the inside out.
This area of health is worth reading up on, so I blogged in more detail recently about holi (radiance) MSM For Leaky Gut and Glyphosate to take a deep dive into the differences between MSM and Glutathione, discuss which works best for leaky gut and look at why and how often our body needs supplementing.
With just two ingredients and zero fillers, this combination of MSM and our trademarked ceramosides works to support:
-
Healthy detoxification pathways
-
Antioxidant production, including glutathione support
-
Intestinal barrier integrity
-
Skin hydration and luminosity
-
Stronger looking hair and nails
-
Post-workout recovery and connective tissue support
I love that it’s so pure, so potent and delivers proven results.

The Hyperbaric Chamber: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is quite possibly the best skin rejuvenation therapy in the world. Benefits include an increase in collagen fibre density, an increase in elastic fibre length, an increase in skin blood vessel count, and a reduction in senescent cells (the old cells that build up in tissue around the body).
I’ve been doing 90 minute hyperbaric sessions three times a week and I’ve seen a huge difference in my skin.
Sun, Snow and an All Over Workout: skiing is a highly effective aerobic activity that strengthens the heart, lungs, and muscles while burning between 350 and 1300 calories per hour. I guess that depends on which run you take! But I love how it acts as a full-body workout that improves my cardiovascular fitness, balance, and core strength, particularly through continuous motion. So I’m planning a little more ski activity in March. It’s a beautiful time of year to squeeze in one last trip - with more warmth and sunshine, but I’m gonna have to get on the slopes a little earlier because the sun starts to melt the snow during the day.
Manifesting: This has been a key theme at our recent events, much loved by our guests and - on a personal level - so important to me every single day. As we learn to manifest using our thoughts and emotions, visualizing goals and learning how to channel, we realize that it is possible to turn desires into reality. There are many methods out there, but my favorite is the “3, 6, 9” method.
The "3 6 9" is a manifestation technique where you write down your desired goal or affirmation three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening, essentially repeating your intention throughout the day to attract what you want into your life. It’s based on the belief that the numbers 3, 6, and 9 carry special vibrational energy in numerology; with 3 representing creativity, 6 signifying harmony, and 9 symbolizing completion.
Start by defining your goals, then write them down so your brain can focus on them, using this three-part daily ritual to align that focus from sunrise to sunset:
-
3 (The Creator): Your morning vision.
-
6 (The Harmonizer): Your midday reset.
-
9 (The Finisher): Your nightly manifestation.
Perform this daily, ideally for 21–33 days, while truly feeling the emotion of having already achieved your goal.
Tips for Effective Manifestation
-
Be specific with your goal: So instead of "I want money," write "$1,000 is coming to me".
-
Use the Present Tense when you’re writing, as if the goal has already happened. So write "I am exercising every day" instead of "I will".

The benefits of solitude and stillness
Is it just me, or do you feel like we've been sold this idea that constant community equals health and wellness? We’re told that being in circles, group chats, retreats, ceremonies and constant connection means we’re evolving. I believe that there is absolutely a place where community is welcome and nourishing, but I’ve begun to realize that constant community is an escape from solitude - and that’s just unhealthy.
I think we actually pay for that connection. When your field is so crowded with the projections, anxieties, and unhealed emotions of others, your own intuition becomes diluted and leads to irritation and confusion. When we’re constantly in shared energy can we really hear our own voice?
-
Comparison masks itself as belonging.
-
External validation replaces internal knowing.
-
Energetic entanglement leaves you reacting to noise rather than responding with clarity.
So I’ve been taking time. Alone.
We might not realize it, but all that constant noise keeps us running away from actually feeling. It keeps our nervous systems stimulated and our intuition diluted. And when we’re around other people's energy all the time, especially in emotionally or spiritually charged spaces, we start absorbing what is not ours to carry. We can even take on other people's projections, anxiety, fears, desires and unresolved emotions. Then we begin reacting to what we absorb instead of responding from clarity.
It’s taken me a while to realize this but the strongest presence in any room is the person who can be alone, because that person has learned how to love themselves and sit in their own discomfort. And you can only learn who you are by being okay in solitude. Solitude is where we differentiate between pureness and confusion. It is where our intuition sharpens and the healing actually happens. Solitude is where we:
-
Fine-tune discernment.
-
Recharge our internal battery.
-
Sit in the discomfort required for real transformation.
You can’t hope to hear your own heart when you are busy managing the rhythm of everyone else’s. So stop absorbing what isn't yours. Go find your silence.
The Benefits and Healing Power of Hz Music
Sound healing through listening to Hz music has been proven to reduce stress (even in animals - Giorgio and Federico love it too!), lower blood pressure, reduce pain and anxiety, lower cholesterol, balance hormones, improve sleep and provide a general overall sense of wellbeing.
You can select a particular Hz frequency depending on your needs, as each Hz frequency is linked with a different part of the body, much like the way in which Chinese medicine and acupuncture work with meridians in the body.
You can tune in to our Calm Beauty playlist on Spotify. Or for a longer read, check our post that delves further into this theory and shares more of the benefits.

The Cute Puffer: this Cordova Kozzy Luxury Sherpa Puffer is great for little ski trips, especially apres ski, but I’m recommending it also just for colder days when you want to be cosy. It’s made from natural sherpa for softness, and the crop design is really flattering.
The Ski Pants: Of course I found matching ski pants! Pair the puffer with these gorgeous Cordova St. Moritz ski pants for the full ski look. With four-way stretch and a fleece-lined softshell, they’re the ultimate in ski style, performance and comfort.
The Shoe: Keeping with that cozy winter vibe, these Alaia shearling ballet flats remain a current favourite of mine. Inspired by Japanese footwear, they are expertly crafted in Italy from velvety-soft shearling, and feature a classic rounded toe and adjustable buckle straps for a tailored fit.
The Glove: We probably have one more month where we’ll be needing gloves and I think these Miu Miu gloves in sand beige are just so gorgeous. They’re made with super soft suede and shearling, so they’re super warm, soft and stylish.

The Coffee Table Book: I absolutely adore this book featuring the most stunning art and fashion photography. Exhibit A, is a biographical retrospective of photographer Guy Bourdin. It captures not only his photography - which was featured heavily in Vogue, Paris for almost 30 years - but the impact and legacy of his work. Originally published in 2001, the book was the first major collection of his photography, and was curated by his son Samuel.
As we move into this new month, I’m wishing you deep restoration and the space to put yourself first. Here’s to aligned energy, intentional rest, and a glow that starts from within.
Love, Jena x
