Meet Agent Woman, Tiffany Howell. The celebrity interior designer is the founder of Night Palm, a full-service interior design studio based in Los Angeles and Montecito. With a unique eye for rich colors and textures, Tiffany is known for creating moody and romantic spaces. She designed actress Laura Harrier’s effortlessly cool LA pad as well as our founder Jena Covello’s gorgeous Miami apartment.

Daily uniform: Well, lately it's been cute sweats with a blazer, and I just load up on the fun jewelry. Normally though, Isabel Marant is my fave.

AM ritual: Lemon water, coffee, meditation, and a barefoot walk on the grass for grounding.  I set my intentions every morning before I start work and do a little gratitude chant.

PM wind down: Leonard Cohen, a bath, lots of candles, and an occasional sip or two of Mezcal. Then it’s usually snuggles with my son and poetry time.

Feel-good song: Anything by Sade or Coltrane on repeat.

A mistake you’ve learned from: I once heard the quote "Creativity involves a certain intellectual rebellion". Things I thought were silly or mistakes often were gifts.

To your younger self: Have patience because in time it will reveal itself. Oh and... don't over pluck your eyebrows!

A wellness expert who has significantly helped you: My endo Dr. Cohan who helped me figure out my autoimmune issues. He was the first western doctor that respected my passion for eastern and holistic medicine.

Favorite wellness/beauty book: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

Go-to stress remedy: Breathwork, aromatherapy oils, and dancing it out!

Supplements you can’t live without: Probiotics and vitamin C.
